I'm currently an assistant professor in the Management Division of the Columbia Business School. My main research interests lie within behavioral economics. In particular, I focus on the determinants of prosocial and antisocial behavior, the interaction of institutions and social norms, the influence of interest politics, and the impact of strategic motivations on team cooperation.
