My book, Recycling Reconsidered: the Present Failure and Future Promise of Environmental Action in the United States, was issued by MIT press in December 2011.
I teach Environmental Politics, Policy and Management at Columbia's School of Public and International Affairs.
I also work full time for the City of New York in waste governance.
I am interested in making connections with other scholars in discard studies and/or social science/transdisciplinary studies of waste.
